Domestic Shipping (Within New Zealand])

  • Order Processing: Orders received before 2:00 PM local time on business days (Monday through Friday) will be processed for shipment on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed for shipment on the following business day. Mostly we send out item by Nzpost. Bulky Items like Fullsize Arcade Machine will be conroy

International Shipping

  • Shipping Methods: For our valued customers in Australia, we use EMS (Express Mail Service) for international shipments. The estimated arrival time (ETA) for EMS shipments to Australia is 5-10 working days. For all other international destinations, we primarily use FedEx, which typically delivers within 3-5 business days.

  • For Other countries, We only use Fedex sihpping, So more likely you would receive your items in 3-5 working day

  • Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective countries. We recommend checking with your local customs authorities for more information on potential charges.

DIY Product Shipping

  • Order Processing: For DIY products, please allow 1-2 weeks for order processing and shipping. These products may require additional time for assembly or customization before they are ready for shipment.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. For international orders, please allow some time for tracking information to become available as it may take a day or two to update in the system.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight of the items in your order, and your delivery address. You will be able to view the shipping costs before completing your purchase during the checkout process.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We don't shipping some Africa counties due to our shipping system cant reach.

About return 

  • We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy for "changing mind reasons" within a generous 7-day period. You have the option to return items to our workshop address either by drop-off in person or by shipping them back to us at your own expense.

  • To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Item Condition: The item(s) must be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

  • Request Notification: Please send us an email with your order number to initiate the return process.

  • Payment Method: For orders paid with PayPal or credit cards, a 3.9% surcharge will be deducted from the refund amount to cover transaction fees.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), you can expect to receive your full refund within 3 working days.

  • Please note that certain products, such as Acrycade Gear DIY items, are subject to a restocking fee of 30%. These highly customized items include Bartop, Pandora Arcade consoles, Upright Arcade Machines, and all button fighting sticks. Special sales may be subject to a 40% restocking fee.

  • Refunds (if applicable)

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will promptly notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

  • We are happy to provide an exchange service if you've purchased the wrong size, type, or color for your item(s). Please note that this service does not apply to customized products. If you wish to exchange a non-customized item, the associated fees will be determined through discussion with our team.

  • In the event that you receive damaged items upon delivery, we offer replacements. To qualify, please refrain from signing for the delivery until you've had the chance to inspect the contents of the package. Your priority is to open the box and check the item(s) before signing for receipt.
