About Shipping 

For domestic customer,

  •  We will dispatch your item(s) paid within 2 working day, and Ship the Diy products, Fighting Sticks ( hitbox layout, Mixbox Layout, Crossup Layout)in 5days. We use NZ post or Post haste with tracking number provided sending to your email. ​​

  • If you order any customized item, The shipping date is more likely deponds on your mind, If you want to get your item done faster, please make a clear and precise  explaination over your item.

For International customer

  • we can ship your item(s) paid within 2 days, and Ship Diy products, Fighting Sticks ( hitbox layout, Mixbox Layout, Crossup Layout)in 5days. We use NZ post or EMS or TNT with tracking number provided sending to your email. ​​ 

  • Please note, We will send your shipping ticket photo to your email in order to get your confirmation. Once confirmed by you ( customer ) , we will release to courier.   

  • For legal reasons we cannot declare items as a lower value, as the invoices must read true to the contents of the package and the initial transaction.​

About return 

  • we accept your return for " changing mind reason" within 7 days. You can simply return to the items to our workshop address by either drop off in person or shipping back to us at your own expense. 

      When you return your item(s), Please make sure 

          1.The item(s) is unused and in the original packing ​

          2.Please also send out email for request with your order number 

          3. If you paid by PayPal or credits card, we will take 3.9% surcharge from the price you paid for

         Once we inspect times,you will receive your full refund in 3 working day.

  • Any Acrycade Gear Diy item are the subject to restocking fee 30% Due to these are highly customized items which are hard to resell. These products include Bartop, Pandora Arcde console, Upright Arcade Machine, All buttons fighting sticks.  

  • For special sales, we take 40% restocking fee apply.

  • Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • we are happy provide your exchange service if you bought wrong size, type, colour for your item(s). However, this service excepts the customized products. But you can still ask for exchange. In this senario, the fee would occur after discussion between us. 

  • We can provide your replacement if you provide evidence that you received the damaged items when arrived. Therefore, please don't sign when couriers arive. Your priority is to open the box, check the itme(s) first, BEFORE SIGN!
